Please, do not go to this place. the service is really bad and if you are woman worse. as the owner of the workshop tells you that it is one thing and then get it is another, and already not you delivery your cart until charged you triple or double the amount that told you and tells you if you what you want to take as you have to pay the full price therefore already the disarmed it. is horrible
While the staff was friendly enough, the experience was horrible. My car was supposed to be ready between 1:30-2pm. It was ready at 2:30pm, which isn't too bad. However, I was stuck just staring at my ready car for OVER AN HOUR as the only person qualified to process anyone (the owner/manager I guess) was off property and not even answering anyone's phone calls. What was supposed to be an hour and a half to two hours, ended up being almost four hours. When he did show up, I still had to wait for newly arrived costumers to be seen first, and I was offered no discount or additional service for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone unless they have the entire day to sit in the unairconditioned lobby without even a water fountain available.
